The Familiar Supper Club aims to give back to the community through the support of local farmers and by donating all proceeds from each event to a select North Carolina charity.
Celebrate North Carolina’s bounty in the first installation of Chefs John Childers and Evan Sheridan’s The Familiar Supper Club: “Sweetcorn and Swine.”
Join us at Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery for this farm-to-fork event including signature TOPO cocktails, snacks, and a four course dinner, all intricately focused and in accordance with the concept of a Chef’s responsibility to utilize what is provided by North Carolina’s farmers on their own accord.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Abundance NC! Funds raised will assist in further growing the network of sustainable farmers within North Carolina’s Food Shed.
This event is more than farm to fork – it is nose to tail and leaf to root!
The Chef’s mission: to utilize North Carolina’s bounty during the peak of it’s season, allowing local farmers to grow on their own accord. They believe in a chef’s responsibility to near 100% product utilization.
